Jake Young is the founder of One Light, leading One Light meditations, as well as shamanic journeywork and ceremony with individuals and groups in Portland, Maine.

Jake first experienced intuitive connections and visions as a child growing up on a dairy farm in Maine. After avoiding his deepest calling for a couple of decades while he was a chef and then carpenter, he finally set foot fully on the shamanic and spiritual path.

In addition to many decades of self-education, he has trained and honed his abilities through a two-year apprenticeship program with Evelyn Rysdyk and Allie Knowlton of Spirit Passages followed by three advancing cycles of the Four Winds Medicine Wheel with Eva Goetz.
